Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Operations partner for the Startup Products team. You will shape where Stripe should play for founders and how we should build, combining user insight, market context, and rigorous analysis to develop strategy and roadmaps.

You'll work with product, engineering, design, marketing, and partnerships to translate ideas into executable plans, driving high-impact outcomes for startups worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy and operations, product strategy, or related analytical role at a tech company.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, and design to drive outcomes.
• Strong product sense and user empathy to translate problems into opportunities.
• Excellent structured problem-solving to bring clarity to ambiguity.
• Ability to combine qualitative and quantitative evidence to support recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing without direct authority.
• High agency, sound judgment, willingness to move between strategy and execution.
• Enthusiasm for helping founders start and grow their businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and business strategy for Atlas and other startup products by structuring ambiguous questions, synthesizing evidence, and making clear recommendations.
• Translate strategy into execution by defining goals, workstreams, decision points, and operating cadences.
• Build deep understanding of founders through conversations, research, data, and support interactions.
• Turn founder needs and market developments into opportunities, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design to advance new products from definition to launch and iteration.
• Develop business cases and market sizing for new bets and opportunities.
• Lead strategic projects, including 0→1 explorations and cross-team initiatives.
• Communicate recommendations and progress clearly to leadership and align via influence.
