Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Startup Products. You’ll dive deep into the needs of early-stage founders using Atlas and related startup tools to remove friction and accelerate growth.

You’ll influence strategy, scope features, and collaborate with design and engineering to deliver impact. You will craft experiences that are simple yet powerful, measure outcomes with clear metrics, and engage with founders, VCs, accelerators, and partners to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or founder experience.
• Shipped user-facing or API products on complex systems at scale.
• Passion for helping founders build their businesses.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear articulation of customer problems.
• Adept with data and measuring user impact.

Responsibilities

• Understand early-stage founder needs to guide Atlas and startup products.
• Define product strategy, scope features and technical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with design and drive engineering execution.
• Craft intuitive product experiences with strong attention to detail.
• Own product and business metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
• Communicate statuses, priorities and impact clearly across teams.
• Represent Atlas with founders, investors, accelerators, and partners.
• Develop and maintain metrics to assess product performance.
• Ensure a great Atlas user experience and assist support with prevalent issues.
