Job summary

Stripe is seeking a product-minded leader for the Startup Products team to advance Atlas and related products that help founders start and run companies from anywhere. You’ll understand early-stage founder needs, set strategy, scope features, and collaborate across design and engineering to deliver impactful ships.

You will drive go-to-market planning, set success metrics, and partner with external stakeholders to form new collaborations that accelerate product development for startups.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or product‑focused founder experience.
• Shipped user‑facing or API products, built on complex technical systems running at scale.
• An AI enthusiast and experimenter. Willing to upend workflows for 2x improvement.
• Passion for helping founders build their businesses.
• Persistence and a whatever‑it‑takes approach to ensure product success.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with precise articulation of customer problems.
• Adept with data and confident in measuring user impact.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the needs of startup founders and how Atlas and other startup products are used.
• Stay at the front of the evolving technology landscape to build where founders use tools.
• Drive product development with engineering by setting pace, prioritizing ruthlessly, and unblocking execution.
• Craft product experiences that are simple yet powerful with great details.
• Contribute to product strategy and deliver product and business metrics.
• Communicate statuses, priorities, and impact clearly with stakeholders.
• Represent Atlas externally with founders, VCs, accelerators, and partners.
