Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or product-focused founder experience.
• Shipped user-facing or API products on complex technical systems at scale.
• An AI enthusiast who experiments and improves workflows.
• Passion for helping founders build their businesses.
• Persistence and a whatever-it-takes mindset to ensure success.
• Strong written and verbal communication with precise articulation of customer problems.
• Adept with data and measuring user impact.

Responsibilities

• Understand startup founders' needs and how Atlas and related products are used.
• Track tech landscape to ensure we build where founders are and with preferred tools.
• Drive product development with engineering, prioritizing ruthlessly and unblocking execution.
• Create simple yet powerful product experiences with attention to detail.
• Contribute to product strategy and deliver on product and business metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and report clear priorities and impact.
