Qualifications

• Minimum two years of pharmacy technician experience in operations, specialty, fulfillment, claims administration, mail-order, or related healthcare setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with pharmacy systems and technology platforms.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) with state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions from intake through completion with accuracy.
• Enter patient, provider, and insurance information into pharmacy management systems.
• Support benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and claims inquiries.
• Assist with fulfillment, inventory, and shipping operations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to resolve prescription and coverage issues.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in QA/compliance activities.
