Emerald Specialty Pharmacy is seeking adaptable, patient-focused Pharmacy Technicians to help build a new specialty pharmacy from the ground up. Qualifications

• Minimum two years of pharmacy technician experience in operations, specialty, fulfillment, claims, or related healthcare setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with pharmacy systems and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support daily pharmacy operations while partnering with pharmacists, members, providers, payers, and staff.
• Process prescriptions from intake to completion with accuracy and compliance.
• Enter prescription, member, provider, and insurance data into management systems.
• Assist with benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and claims inquiries.
• Prepare, package, label, and distribute medications; manage inventory and shipping.
