The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree, a current IL clinical license, and 5–8 years of behavioral health leadership experience, with strong supervision and data-driven improvement skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Active IL Clinical License (LCSW, LMFT or LPCC or equivalent).
• Ability to provide clinical supervision.
• 5–8 years of leadership experience in behavioral healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of outpatient services.
• Guide assessment, development, implementation and management of programs.
• Ensure clinical and budgetary expectations are met.
• Supervise clinical staff and ensure curriculum integrity.
• Manage referrals, assessments, group facilitation, and client contact.
• Monitor performance improvements and risk.
• Analyze data for trend development and program evolution.
• Oversee fiscal responsibilities and deadlines.
• Manage census and utilization review.
• Oversee space and resource allocation.
