Thousand Branches Wellness in Naperville, IL, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our start-up IOP mental health clinic for adolescents and adults. You will oversee outpatient services, supervise staff, and ensure clinical and budgetary goals are met, with guidance from UHS corporate outpatient leadership.

The role emphasizes program development, service-line expansion, data-driven improvement, and patient-centered care, within a supportive setting that balances clinical excellence

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in a related field.
• Active IL Clinical License (LCSW, LMFT or LPCC or equivalent).
• Ability to provide clinical supervision.
• 5–8 years of behavioral healthcare leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, development, implementation, and management of outpatient services.
• Overseeing, supervising, and monitoring daily operations to meet clinical and budgetary expectations.
• Management and oversite of all employees.
• Monitor and manage client satisfaction through standardized measures.
• Clinical oversight, support, and supervision.
• Curriculum and service line development.
• Group facilitation and observation to ensure curriculum integrity.
• Referral management, assessments, group facilitation and direct individual client contact.
• Performance improvement and risk monitoring.
• Data analysis for trend identification and ongoing program development.
• Fiscal responsibilities and corporate deadlines.
• Census management and utilization review.
• FTE and expense management.
• Oversight of physical space.
