Responsibilities

• Serve as lead counsel for startup clients across corporate, commercial, and transactional matters.
• Advise on fundraising, contracts, IP/trademarks, and M&A.
• Draft, review, and negotiate key legal documents across the company lifecycle.
• Build and refine legal playbooks, templates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate legal workflows into platform features.
• Contribute to scalable, repeatable legal processes.
• Support and mentor junior legal team members and paralegals.
• Maintain high standards of legal quality in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.
