Vector Legal is hiring a founding GTM Manager to build and scale the commercial engine for an AI-native startup law firm serving startups across financings, contracts, hiring, and governance. You’ll own outbound and inbound motions, refine messaging, and partner with product and legal teams to shape packaging and priorities.
This high-ownership role requires 2–5 years in GTM, sales, or founder-facing roles, with strong writing and CRM discipline.

We’re hiring a Founding GTM Manager to help build and scale the commercial engine for Vector Legal. Vector Legal is an AI-native law firm and legal operating system for startups, combining experienced startup counsel with an AI-powered legal platform to help founders move faster across financings, contracts, hiring, governance, diligence, and legal operations.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, customer development, founder relationships, and go-to-market strategy. You’ll work directly with the founding team to identify high-intent startup customers, run outbound and inbound sales motions, refine messaging, support customer onboarding, and turn early traction into a repeatable GTM system. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to operate close to the founders, sell a category-defining product, and help shape how startups buy legal services in an AI-native world.
The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 200,000 USD per year (San Francisco, CA)
