• Lead marketing strategy and execution for pre-opening and launch.
• Own financial planning, budgeting, and profitability metrics.
• Drive lead generation, membership sales, and grand opening success.
• Collaborate with HQ teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, Ops) for strategy.
