Burn Boot Camp Babcock Ranch is a locally owned fitness community opening in Babcock Ranch, Florida, in early 2027. The gym offers dynamic 45-minute strength and conditioning workouts led by certified personal trainers, along with personalized fitness support and complimentary Childwatch for members' families. The mission is to empower individuals of all fitness levels to build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits in a supportive, motivating setting. Role Description:

Burn Boot Camp Babcock Ranch is seeking an energetic, experienced, and motivated Lead Trainer to help launch and lead our new fitness community in spring 2027. The Lead Trainer is responsible for delivering exceptional, high-energy group fitness camps while developing and leading a high-performing training team. This position oversees trainer onboarding, development, scheduling, performance, and accountability, ensuring every camp is safe, engaging, challenging, and consistent with Burn Boot Camp programming and brand standards. Working closely with the Operations Manager and ownership team, the Lead Trainer will foster a positive, supportive fitness environment, build meaningful member relationships, and contribute to member engagement, retention, and overall gym success. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to help build a new Burn Boot Camp location from the ground up.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
• Minimum two years of personal training, group fitness, or comparable coaching experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational coaching skills.
• Ability to safely coach, motivate, and modify exercises for individuals of varying fitness levels.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.
• Successful completion of required background screening.

Preferred:

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or trainer-development experience.
• Experience with member engagement, retention, or fitness-related sales.
