Job summary

Notion is seeking a Startup Program & Experience Lead to own the onboarding and trial journey for startup customers. You will work with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Partnerships to design scalable programs, drive activation and retention, and deliver high-touch experiences that demonstrate value early in the customer lifecycle.

You’ll partner with the Head of Startups to build operational frameworks, automate scorecards for top startups, and ensure the region’s startup ecosystem

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, customer experience, growth, operations or startup-focused roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in fast-moving environments.
• Strong customer empathy and operational mindset.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Success teams.
• Data-oriented mindset with ability to identify patterns, friction points and improvement opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.

Responsibilities

• Own the startup customer journey during onboarding and trial experience.
• Partner with Head of Startups to improve activation, engagement, conversion and retention across the region.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Partnerships to create scalable startup programs and onboarding experiences.
• Build scalable onboarding and lifecycle programs for startup customers.
• Create startup-focused educational and engagement experiences that demonstrate value early.
