Job summary

Notion is seeking a Startup Program & Experience Lead to own the onboarding and trial experience for startup customers, helping them adopt Notion, engage with the platform, and realize value early in their journey.

Working with the Head of Startups, this role combines program management, customer experience, lifecycle engagement and operational execution to improve activation, engagement, conversion and retention across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, customer experience, customer success, growth, operations, or startup-focused roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-moving environments.
• Strong customer empathy and operational mindset.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Success.
• Data-driven with ability to identify patterns and improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Curiosity about using AI tools to improve work.

Responsibilities

• Own startup activation, onboarding, and lifecycle programs across the regional startup funnel.
• Develop scalable onboarding and lifecycle experiences for startup customers.
• Create educational experiences to help customers realize value quickly.
• Identify friction points and improve startup customer journey.
• Support execution of startup initiatives, campaigns, events, ecosystems.
• Track program performance and engagement to improve ARR.
• Help build Startups 2.0 operational frameworks including automated scorecards.
