Job summary

Wise Path Recovery Centers seeks an Executive Director to lead Camp Baer in Morgantown from pre-opening through launch and ongoing excellence. You will shape culture, build the leadership team, set standards, and foster community relationships in a demanding behavioral health environment.

You will oversee operations, clinical integration, regulatory adherence, and patient-family experience while partnering with ARS central teams to ensure sustainable census growth and quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Behavioral Health, Business Administration, Human Services, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Behavioral Health, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in behavioral health, healthcare, or residential treatment settings.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening readiness, staffing, onboarding, training, and policy implementation.
• Shape culture and establish operational standards for a new program.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness across WV.
• Oversee financial performance, census growth, and resource management.
• Develop and coach leadership teams; ensure high-performing culture and accountability.
• Build community relationships and represent Camp Baer in Morgantown and region.
