CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new outpatient clinic. This full-time role blends clinical leadership with business growth, culture-building, and community engagement to deliver exceptional patient care from day one.

You will oversee daily operations, hiring, team development, and performance, while collaborating with regional leadership to drive growth, partnerships, and measurable outcomes in a dynamic startup-style environment.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of your clinic.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and team development.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to drive growth and partnerships.
• Develop and deliver a patient-centric care plan and monitor outcomes.
