Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager to launch and lead a brand-new outpatient clinic. You will shape culture, hire and develop a high-performing team, and cultivate community relationships to ensure outstanding patient care from day one.

You’ll guide operations, drive growth, and balance clinical excellence with business responsibilities in a startup-style setting, supported by regional leadership and a focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy degree.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrates a passion to learn, grow and make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Make a powerful impact on your local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment.
• Develop and deliver a personalized plan of care for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
• Objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting-edge software.
• Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
• Actively pursue professional growth through affiliations, workshops, conferences, and community events.
• Manage the daily operations of your clinic.
• Financial, administrative and personnel management.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture.
