CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist to launch a brand-new outpatient clinic in Myrtle Beach. You will lead clinical operations, build a high-performing team, and develop relationships with the local community to deliver exceptional patient care.

You will oversee care delivery, drive operational excellence, and mentor staff while advancing professional growth within a supportive regional leadership structure.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Passion to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and drive delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Develop and deliver personalized care plans for a diverse patient population.
• Objectively measure patient outcomes using advanced software.
• Document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
• Pursue professional growth through affiliations, workshops, and conferences.
• Manage daily clinic operations, including finances, administration, and personnel.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture.
