Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist to launch a brand-new outpatient clinic in Florida. You will drive operations, hire and develop staff, and build partnerships to ensure exceptional patient care from day one.

Ideal candidates bring clinical excellence, leadership vision, and a passion for growing a community-focused practice within CORA’s expanding network.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and daily workflows.
• Develop and deliver patient care plans for diverse orthopedic/neurologic cases.
• Objectively measure patient outcomes with software.
• Document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
• Pursue professional growth through affiliations, conferences, and events.
• Manage clinic finances, administration, and personnel.
• Collaborate with team to grow skills and culture.
