Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring for a START Coordinator in Greenville, NC, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on crisis planning, community-based intervention, and coordinated care for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities include developing crisis plans, monitoring their execution, and providing families with targeted training. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with 2 years of relevant experience; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Services, Human Services or Special Education required.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities required; 1-year if paired with Master’s degree.
• Must meet requirements for Qualified Developmental Disability Professional.
• Must meet requirements for Qualified Mental Health Professional.
• Direct support experience with mental health and developmental disability populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and revises cross systems crisis plans in a timely fashion.
• Monitors the implementation of the plan.
• Performs Case Management linking and arranging services/referrals.
• Provides families with training on population-specific knowledge and skills.
