SYNERGY HomeCare in Bellingham, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care. We offer full-time and part-time roles with various shifts and flexible scheduling to fit your needs.

You will assist clients with personal care, mobility, meals, companionship, and light housekeeping, following individual care plans. Active CNA/HHA/PCA certification and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal care and everyday activities
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
