Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently seeking CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care in Mendon, MA. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment that helps you thrive in caring for clients at home.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to keep the home clean and safe.
• Follow care plans and established routines.
• Communicate changes in client needs to the care team.
