United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Material Flow Analyst (Starship) to optimize inventory management and material flow at Starbase. You will maintain the materials management toolset and support daily production with data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes strong analytics, problem solving, and familiarity with inventory control, storage, and lineside replenishment. Onsite work, plus readiness for extended hours to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 3+ years in inventory analytics.
• 1+ year of operations, manufacturing, or supply chain experience.
• Proficient in SQL in operations analysis.
• Experience building and using BI tools PowerBI or Tableau.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data aggregation and analysis.
• Ability to analyze data and check for accuracy based on process knowledge.
• Experience with inventory management and production systems (MRP/ERP).
• Capable of managing projects with tight timelines and ambiguous problems.
• Understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Control fundamentals.
• Superior attention to detail; ability to influence decisions.
• Experience with lean, six sigma or related principles.
• Work autonomously or in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory accuracy: monitor inventory data daily via cycle counting.
• Drive continuous improvement: identify opportunities and lead changes.
• Support production: ensure parts flow and address shortages to prevent delays.
• Report on metrics: review area metrics and provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborate on critical projects: provide data for design decisions and track progress.
