Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Mission Manager, International Systems (Starshield) in Hawthorne, CA. You will be the core contact for customers from early education through deployment of Starshield User Products, coordinating across SpaceX disciplines to ensure mission success.

You will lead pre-sales to integration efforts, manage development of turnkey network solutions, and collaborate with hardware, software, and security teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years in aerospace/defense.
• 5+ years in technical project management or systems engineering.
• Experience with satellite and IP networks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer interface at meetings, tests, and reviews to develop integration plans and ensure customer success.
• Ensure contract deliverables are completed on-time and per customer expectations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive prototype development and end-to-end mission success.
• Support all program phases from pre-sales to operations and educate customers on designs and methodologies.
• Project manage network-centric features for Starshield customers and interface with network and software teams.
