Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Mission Manager for International Systems (Starshield) to serve as the primary customer interface from requirements through deployment of Starshield User Products. You will coordinate with SpaceX disciplines to ensure mission success and supervise foreign government deployments.

You will lead program phases, ensure on-time deliverables, and collaborate across hardware, software, and networks to enable secure, high‑impact government solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years in aerospace or defense.
• 5+ years in technical project management and/or systems engineering.
• Experience with satellite communications networks and IP networks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer interface at meetings, tests, and reviews to develop integration plans and ensure customer success.
• Ensure contract deliverables are completed on-time and per customer expectations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive prototype development and end‑to‑end mission success.
• Support all program phases from pre‑sales to testing and steady state operations, educating the customer on designs and methodologies.
• Project manage network centric features for Starshield customers and interface with engineering teams to develop turnkey solutions.
