Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years in structures, avionics, propulsion or hardware installation; or a valid trade school certificate.
• 1+ years in electrical/mechanical test environments or installations.

Responsibilities

• Stage, set up, assemble, test and install flight hardware.
• Use mechanical tools and precision torque wrenches as directed.
• Collaborate with engineers to document activities.
• Ensure quality and conformance to specifications.
• Support troubleshooting of hardware issues in real time.
• Perform tasks safely and efficiently on schedule.
