Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade/technical training is a plus.
• Experience with avionics, propulsion, or related hardware installations.
• A&P certification is preferred for candidate selection.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals and reports.

Responsibilities

• Stage, set up, assemble, test and install flight hardware.
• Use precision calibrated tools including torque wrenches.
• Perform work according to procedures and test instructions.
• Collaborate with engineers to document activities.
• Ensure product quality and conformance to specs.
• Support troubleshooting of hardware issues in real time.
• Work onsite; assist in various integration tasks as needed.
