Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare with Stars expertise.
• Experience leading Stars strategy and quality programs.
• Ability to present to executives and influence stakeholders.
• Understanding CMS Star Ratings, CAHPS, HOS, and QBP.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of Stars advisory services and client engagement strategy.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
• Lead Stars performance improvement initiatives across measures.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, governance and forecasting models.
• Translate CMS regulations into client strategies.
• Collaborate across HEDIS, QA, Analytics, and Tech teams.
• Lead assessments and Stars program redesigns.
• Support sales pursuits and thought leadership.
• Provide executive oversight for delivery engagements.
• Mentor Stars consultants and future leaders.
