Job summary

Point32Health, Inc. is seeking a Stars Strategy Consultant to turn Star performance data into actionable insights and strategic improvement opportunities across Medicare Advantage contracts.

The role blends analytics with a strategy toolkit and requires translating complex analyses into executive-ready recommendations. Reporting to the Director of Medicare Star Strategy, you will build dashboards, develop models, and support initiatives aimed at achieving 4+ Star performance while considering

Qualifications

• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with Medicare Stars, HEDIS, CAHPS or health plan quality programs is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Execute Stars analytics and reporting across Medicare Advantage contracts, with dashboards and data views.
• Monitor performance trends and conduct root-cause analyses for measure gaps.
• Frame problems, size opportunities, and build quantitative models for improvement.
• Develop solutions and benchmarks to prioritize high-value Star improvements.
• Correlate data sources (HEDIS, CAHPS, HOS, satisfaction data) to drive decisions.
• Support execution of initiatives and track milestones, dependencies, and impact.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready narratives and presentations.
• Create and govern dashboards and documentation for Star-related data.
