Point32Health is seeking a Director, Medical Stars Strategy to lead the Medicare Stars program, setting strategy, planning, and execution across the enterprise. You will partner with senior leaders to advance clinical quality and member experience goals.

The role focuses on aligning Stars initiatives with enterprise strategy, managing a team, and communicating performance to stakeholders while driving cultural transformation and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (MPH/MBA).
• 7+ years of Medicare Advantage and/or Stars experience, or 3+ years in health care consulting with a top-tier firm.
• Proven strategic leader with cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Medicare Stars team (analytics, program management, outreach) and drive the Stars improvement strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to communicate performance and align priorities.
• Oversee CMS submissions, CMS updates, and regulatory compliance as applicable.
• Represent the Stars program in Joint Operating Committees with provider teams.
• Partner with VP Medical Affairs on CMS advocacy and planning tasks.
• Drive organizational cultural transformation and awareness of Medicare Stars.
• Build alignment and accountability across a matrixed organization to advance Stars priorities.
• Expand analytic scope and predictive insights for Star measure performance.
• Monitor market insights and trends in Medicare Advantage and Stars.
