• 10+ years in healthcare strategy, operations, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in matrixed orgs.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Stars, CMS Stars, quality, member experience.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and partner across functions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience leading teams and driving accountability in matrix leadership models.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and oversight of Medicare Stars strategy and member experience portfolio.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability for strategic initiatives.
• Translate strategy into execution through governance and collaboration.
• Partner with Medicare and HCSC leaders to achieve MAPD and PDP Stars goals.
• Provide leadership capacity and strategic oversight for Stars Strategy organization.
