Health Care Service Corporation seeks a Director, Strategy & Planning to lead the Medicare Stars strategy execution and oversee the Member Experience portfolio. The role partners with leaders across Medicare and HCSC to align initiatives and deliver Stars performance for MAPD and PDP.

The incumbent will translate strategy into actionable governance, drive cross-functional collaboration, and strengthen execution while preparing the Vice President to focus on enterprise strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field is required; Master's preferred.
• 10 years of healthcare strategy, operations, program management, Medicare, or related field experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in a highly matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare Advantage, CMS Stars Program, healthcare quality, member experience, or related operations.
• Proven ability to influence executive leaders and build partnerships across multiple business functions.
• Strong strategic thinking, project/program management, and operational execution skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Experience leading teams and driving accountability through both direct and matrixed leadership models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution and governance of the Medicare Stars strategy and Member Experience portfolio.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability for strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Partner with Medicare and HCSC leaders to achieve Stars performance for MAPD and PDP.
• Translate strategy into execution through governance, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Provide leadership capacity and strategic oversight for the Stars Strategy organization.
• Strengthen execution, enhance cross-functional coordination, and sustain focus on Member Experience and enterprise Stars initiatives.
• Enable the Vice President to focus on enterprise strategy while delivering critical MAPD/PDP initiatives.
