Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Server Assistant to join our team at Prosperous Penny, our speakeasy where sophisticated decor and a bold bar program create a lively guest experience. The ideal candidate is polished, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This role maintains dining room setup, assists with food and beverage delivery, and supports the service team to ensure an elevated guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in a luxury Food and Beverage outlet.
• Legal work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with guest service by retrieving food from the kitchen and delivering it to guests accurately and promptly.
• Breakdown, clean and set up tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silverware for service.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware; prep smaller items like toast, soup or beverages.
• Greet guests professionally and serve beverages and food, explaining contents and anticipating needs.
• Prepare condiments and garnish items.
