Job summary

SpaceX's Starlink Enterprise team seeks a Business Analyst to own the analytical layer on our AI inbound routing agent, reviewing Enterprise inbound demand at scale and turning signals into ICP guidance and smarter routing.

You will partner with Sales Operations, Data Engineer, and GTM Engineer to build market insight views, define success metrics, and advise leadership on markets, accounts, and demand signals to drive high‑value opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in market analysis, demand generation analysis, sales development, revenue operations, or related GTM function.
• 1+ years analyzing inbound leads, lead qualification, account prioritization, or pipeline/demand analysis in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Own market and account analysis of Enterprise inbound demand using the AI routing agent as the capture/routing system.
• Analyze inbound patterns across verticals, geos, segments, and reseller vs direct paths to identify conversion opportunities.
• Review accounts behind inbound leads to surface additional demand and package handoffs to sales or resellers.
• Provide feedback loops into lead scoring, ICP definitions, and routing rules with Sales Ops and GTM Eng.
• Build lightweight market/account insight views to help prioritize sales channels and partners.
• Collaborate to turn insights into workflows, messaging, and reseller guidance.
• Define success metrics for inbound quality and demand development and report trends to leadership.
• Act as trusted advisor on markets, accounts, and demand signals for pursuit.
