Job summary

SpaceX in Hawthorne seeks a Business Analyst for Starlink Market Analysis to own the analytical layer on our AI inbound routing agent. You will translate inbound signals into ICP guidance, surface expansion opportunities, and create high‑quality demand for direct sales and resellers.

You will collaborate with Sales Ops and GTM teams to improve lead scoring, routing rules, and dashboards, driving measurable inbound quality and channel opportunity results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in market analysis, demand generation, sales development, revenue operations or related go‑to‑market function.
• 1+ years handling inbound leads, lead qualification, account prioritization, or pipeline/demand analysis in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Own market and account analysis of Enterprise inbound demand, using the AI routing agent and provide human judgment on fit, quality, and opportunity size.
• Analyze inbound patterns across verticals, geos, account segments, and reseller vs direct paths to identify where demand is converting and where to generate more.
• Review accounts behind inbound leads to surface additional demand opportunities and package clean handoffs to sales or resellers.
• Own feedback loops into lead scoring, ICP definitions, AI routing rules, and qualification standards with Sales Ops, Data Engineer, and GTM Engineer.
