Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Lab Architect for the Starlink Enterprise Sales team in Redmond, WA. You will drive integration engagements with third-party networking vendors, develop joint value propositions, and support customer engagements with technical and business acumen.

The role requires 3+ years in technical sales, hands-on enterprise networking, and a STEM degree or equivalent experience. Travel up to 50% and onsite work when not traveling are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or 3+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years in technical sales.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive Starlink's integration engagements with 3rd party networking vendors with guidance from Architecture team.
• Collaborate to develop joint value propositions and technical solution guides for customers and internal teams.
• Onboard solutions into Starlink's internal test environments with product engineering teams.
• Support technical sales engagements by answering customer questions on 3rd party integrations.
• Represent Starlink at conferences and events.
• Consult with product engineering on best practices and reference architectures.
