Job summary

SpaceX in Bastrop, TX (Austin Area) is seeking a Construction Project Manager (STARLINK) to lead heavy civil and utility infrastructure projects from concept through close-out, coordinating architects, engineers, vendors and internal partners to deliver safe, high‑quality facilities.

You will own scope, cost, and schedule, manage multi-discipline field teams, handle permits, contracts, and approvals, and ensure on-time, under‑budget delivery while maintaining site safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or an engineering related discipline or 7+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years in construction, engineering, or facilities management with leadership experience.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and coordinating multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of civil, structural, and utility projects to deliver on time and under budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders; gather proposals and evaluate bids.
• Develop cost schedules, manage contracts, and track progress; ensure proper permits and approvals.
• Lead field execution, resolve in-field design conflicts, and manage invoicing and documentation.
