Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or an engineering related discipline and 3+ years of professional experience in construction, engineering, or facilities management OR 7+ years of professional experience in construction, engineering, or facilities management in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of civil, structural, and utility projects to deliver on time and under budget with customer satisfaction.
• Gather proposals, evaluate bids, develop cost and schedule for projects, and manage contracts with subcontractors.
• Coordinate with city, county, and governmental approvals and manage field construction issues in real time.
• Lead multi-discipline teams, interface with end users, and manage documentation and project controls.
