Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the Starlink production facility in Redmond, WA. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, from scope and cost to schedule and approvals, ensuring on-time, under-budget delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and internal partners, manage contracts, and drive safety and regulatory compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or an engineering related discipline and 2+ years of professional experience in construction, engineering, or facilities management OR 7+ years of professional experience in construction, engineering, or facilities management in lieu of a degree
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software/task tracking software
• Basic proficiency with AutoCAD

Responsibilities

• Oversee and own full lifecycle of projects to achieve on-time and under-budget delivery with customer satisfaction
• Gather proposals from architects, engineers, vendors, or contractors
• Evaluate competitive bids as appropriate
• Review proposals for accuracy, identify and track cost-saving suggestions or improvements
• Develop the final cost and schedule for the project
• Coordinate with end user and facilities team for building operations and maintenance
• Prepare and coordinate with operation teams for annual safety, real property, and/or landlord property inspections
