Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a part-time Starlink Campus Sales Representative to cover an assigned field territory. You will engage households in rural and suburban communities, explain Starlink services, and guide customers to place orders using a referral code.

This role is flexible around class schedules and offers base pay plus activation-based commissions. You will gain hands-on field sales experience, develop territory management skills, and receive ongoing coaching, training, and

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an eligible college, university, or educational program.
• Be available 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Be coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient when facing rejection.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, stay connected with the sales team, and follow through on commitments.
• Be willing to conduct direct neighborhood and community outreach and travel throughout rural and suburban areas in your territory.
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and smartphone.
• Be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes to identify communities and track progress toward sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers through direct door-to-door selling and events.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine if Starlink meets their needs.
• Guide interested customers to place orders using your referral code.
• Record hours, mileage, interactions, and activations, and participate in regular check-ins.
