Job summary

Mosaic North America is hiring a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to cover an assigned field territory. This part-time, W-2 role fits around class schedules, with some evenings and weekends.

You’ll recruit households for Starlink and develop field sales experience in a flexible, campus-based program. Theposition offers hourly pay plus $200 for each qualified activation, with training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an eligible college, university, or educational program.
• Available 15–25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Be coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient.
• Own a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and smartphone.
• Be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes to identify communities.
• Engage prospective customers through direct door-to-door selling, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine suitability for service.
• Guide interested customers to place orders using your referral code (no payments collected).
• Record hours, mileage, interactions, and activations; participate in manager check-ins.
