Mosaic North America is seeking a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to cover an assigned field territory. You will engage households in rural and suburban areas, explaining Starlink services and helping customers determine fit, with pay including hourly base plus activation commissions. Flexible 15–25 hour schedule around classes and events.

The role provides training, coaching, and opportunities to build a resume-ready field sales career while supporting SpaceX Starlink customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an eligible college, university, or educational program.
• Avail to work 15–25 hours per week including some evenings/weekends.
• Be coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient.
• Work independently, manage schedule, stay connected with sales team.
• Willing to conduct direct neighborhood/community outreach and travel in territory.
• Have valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and smartphone.
• Be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned territory and plan routes to meet sales goals.
• Engage customers via door-to-door selling and community events.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine fit.
• Guide customers to place orders using referral code, no payments collected.
• Record hours, mileage, and activations in the field app and review results with manager.
