Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to connect households in assigned territories with information about Starlink internet service. You will engage prospects through direct outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships while working part-time around class schedules.

This W-2 role offers hourly base pay plus $200 for each qualified activation, with training, coaching, and mileage reimbursement. Some markets may require permits and travel within rural/suburban areas.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an eligible college or educational program
• Available 15–25 hours per week including some evenings and weekends
• Able to work independently, manage schedule, and stay connected with sales team
• Willing to conduct direct neighborhood and community outreach and travel within territory
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle and smartphone
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Own assigned territory and plan routes using territory tools to reach sales goals
• Engage customers through direct door-to-door selling and community/campus events
• Explain Starlink services and hardware to customers and assess fit
• Guide interested customers to place orders using referral codes
• Record hours, mileage and activations and participate in regular reviews with manager
