Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to own an assigned field territory, engaging communities with information about Starlink internet service. You will connect households, identify prospects, and build local awareness while earning hourly pay plus activation-based commissions.

The role offers flexible scheduling around classes, paid training, and ongoing coaching, with opportunities to grow through performance and program expansion. No prior sales experience required.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an eligible college, university, or program.
• Be available 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Be coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient to rejection.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, stay connected with the sales team, and follow through on commitments.
• Be willing to conduct direct neighborhood/community outreach and travel throughout rural/suburban areas.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes toward sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers through door-to-door selling and events.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine fit.
• Guide customers to place orders using your Starlink referral code.
• Record hours, mileage and activations; participate in regular manager check-ins.
