Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking student representatives to promote Starlink by engaging households in designated campus-adjacent areas. The role emphasizes learning, persistence, and hands-on field experience in a flexible part-time schedule.

You will earn an hourly base plus commissions per qualified activation, with paid training and ongoing support from Mosaic leaders. This is a W-2 field position offering real-world sales exposure and community engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student with capacity to work 15–25 hours per week.
• Own a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Smartphone required; comfortable using apps for field work.
• No prior sales experience required, willingness to learn and be coachable.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned territory near campus and plan routes.
• Initiate conversations via door-to-door outreach to explain Starlink offerings.
• Engage in community events and partnerships to grow awareness and activations.
• Track activity and hours in Mosaic’s field app and report to Manager.
• Attend regular check-ins with Regional Sales Manager to review progress.
