Mosaic, an Acosta Group company, is seeking a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to own an assigned field territory, connect households with Starlink information, and build local awareness through door-to-door outreach, events, and partnerships. This paid role fits around class schedules and offers real, transferable sales experience.

You will receive hourly base pay plus $200 for each qualified activation, with schedule 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college/university program and eligible to work in the United States.
• Available 15–25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Coachable, self-motivated and able to handle rejection gracefully.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, and stay connected with the sales team.
• Willing to conduct local outreach and travel throughout rural/suburban areas.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle and smartphone.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes to maximize sales opportunities.
• Engage prospective customers through direct door-to-door selling and events.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine fit for their homes.
• Guide customers to place orders using a referral code; no payments collected.
• Record hours, mileage, and activations; participate in regular check-ins to improve approach.
