Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to own a field territory, connect households with Starlink information, and build local awareness in rural and suburban areas. This part-time role fits around class schedules and targets measurable sales results.

You will engage through door-to-door selling, events, referrals, and partnerships, guiding interested customers to place orders via a referral code while tracking hours and activations with coaching support.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an eligible college, university or program.
• Available 15–25 hours per week, including some evenings/weekends.
• Coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, resilient to rejection.
• Work independently, manage schedule, stay connected with sales team.
• Willing to conduct local outreach and travel within territory.
• Have a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and smartphone.
• Be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and identify communities, plan routes, and track progress toward sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers door-to-door, at events, referrals, and local partnerships.
• Explain Starlink services, help customers determine fit, and guide orders using referral code.
• Record hours, mileage, and activations; participate in regular check-ins with your manager.
