Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking student representatives to promote Starlink by door-to-door outreach near campus. You will earn hourly pay plus commission and receive paid training, with schedule designed around classes.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, community engagement, and territory planning, with onboarding as a W-2 employee and potential opportunities for growth based on performance.

Formación

• You are currently enrolled in school and can work 15 to 25 hours per week around your class schedule.
• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and smartphone; rural territories require dependable transport.
• No prior sales experience required; experience in sales, fundraising, customer service, athletics, student orgs, or campus leadership is a plus.
• Self-motivated with manager guidance and a clear plan, plus energy and curiosity.

Responsabilidades

• Own your territory: manage neighborhoods around campus and use maps to identify households suitable for Starlink.
• Start conversations via door-to-door outreach and help customers get started using a personal referral code.
• Grow your network by finding opportunities at events, markets, partnerships, and civic groups.
• Log activity, sales, hours, and mileage in Mosaic's field app and participate in regular check-ins with management.
