Job summary

The Starlink Campus Sales Representative role is a part-time W-2 position managed by Mosaic, an Acosta Group company. You will own an assigned field territory, engage households with information about Starlink, and build local awareness while earning hourly pay plus commissions for activations.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an eligible college, university, or educational program.
• Available 15 to 25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Be coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient under rejection.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, stay connected with the sales team, and follow through on commitments.
• Willing to travel within rural and suburban areas in your territory.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes, track progress toward sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers through door-to-door selling, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine suitability.
• Guide customers to place orders using your Starlink referral code, without handling payments or sensitive data.
• Record hours, mileage, customer interactions, sales activity, and activations; participate in manager check-ins.
