Job summary

Mosaic, an Acosta Group company, is seeking the Starlink Campus Sales Representative to own an assigned field territory, connect households with Starlink information, and build local awareness through door-to-door selling, events, and partnerships.

The role offers hourly base pay plus $200 for each qualified activation, with flexible hours around classes and paid training. Mileage reimbursement, a monthly cell phone stipend, and a Starlink uniform are provided for field work.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an eligible college, university, or educational program.
• Be available 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Be coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, stay connected with the sales team, and follow through on commitments.
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and smartphone.
• Be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes, manage time, and track progress toward sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers through direct door-to-door selling, events, referrals, and local partnerships.
• Explain Starlink offerings, answer questions, and help customers determine suitability of service.
• Guide interested customers to place orders using your referral code; no payments or sensitive data collected.
• Record hours, mileage, customer interactions, sales activity, and activations; participate in regular manager check-ins.
